Fulfills operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and executing them. Communicates with professionalism over the phone, through e-mail, and through the mail. Maintains organizational and strong communication skills to help the team. Educates the administrative staff through information, education, and experiential growth opportunities. Ensures the proper operation of equipment by performing preventive maintenance, getting repairs done, checking inventories, and assessing new equipment and techniques. Maintains the status of supplies by checking stock, predicting needed supplies, placing and expediting order for supplies. Contributes to team performance by completing tasks related to the team.
